第12届李光耀全球商业计划大赛60强决赛团队与SMU IIE学生大使合影

2025年10月2日,来自新加坡的生物科技初创企业ChemT Biotechnology和中国的能源科技企业浙江极码电子科技荣获第12届李光耀全球商业计划大赛(LKYGBPC)总冠军。由新加坡管理大学创新与创业研究院(SMU IIE)于2025年9月29日至10月2日主办的这项赛事,作为亚洲规模最大的大学主导深度科技创业竞赛之一,本届创下了全球参与度的新纪录。

ChemT Biotechnology的创始人团队毕业于新加坡国立大学和哈佛大学,斩获"Beta创新总理杯"。总部位于中国的浙江极码电子科技(创始人毕业于天津大学和托莱多大学)则夺得"无限影响总理杯"。大赛设两个组别:"Beta"组针对未盈利初创企业,"Infinity"组面向产生收入的早期至A轮初创企业。ChemT Biotechnology的胜利标志着这项具有23年历史的赛事首次由新加坡-美国联合初创团队获得任一类别最高奖项。

第12届LKYGBPC咨询委员会主席兼首席评委Shirley Wong女士表示:"这体现了业界对这项两年一度赛事的信任度——初创企业在此展示成果、获得曝光、筹集资金并获取专家对其创新商业模式的专业反馈。LKYGBPC不仅是一场比赛,更是塑造美好未来的大胆创意与无畏创始人的盛大庆典。今年从气候科技到可持续材料的空前参与度和卓越创新,展现了年轻企业家应对人类最紧迫挑战的毅力与远见。"

两家获胜初创企业从60支全球决赛团队中脱颖而出——"Beta创新总理杯"获奖者获得价值237,500新元的奖品,"无限影响总理杯"得主获得287,500新元奖励。两支团队还将独家获得由知名风险投资家(VC)和企业高管组成的导师团指导。

开创性AI驱动初创评估

本届大赛首次推出DueAI™挑战赛,这项创新举措利用人工智能提升初创企业筛选的效率和客观性。由SMU IIE高级许可顾问Dr. Sze Tiam Lin开发的AI平台反映了风险投资领域的全球趋势,在赋能人类判断的同时,通过数据收集实现数据驱动的投资决策。

大学作为创新熔炉

新加坡国家研究基金会(NRF)主席王瑞杰在第12届LKYGBPC闭幕致辞中强调,本届大赛延续了李光耀先生的远见精神,其成功吸引了来自91个国家、1200余所大学的1500份申请,巩固了新加坡作为亚洲生态圈国际门户的地位。

未来之路

王瑞杰指出,新加坡集体协调的"研究、创新与企业2025计划"(RIE2025)对国家发展至关重要。他特别提到国家发展部长池伟强日前启动的"SMU城市可持续创新者计划"(Urban SustaInnovator),该深度科技加速器项目将作为教学加速器,通过"新加坡企业咨询委员会"培育高潜力初创企业。所有LKYGBPC参赛者将获专属申请资格,推进技术商业化进程。
