The issue of food waste, food packaging and the environment has always been a topic of great concern in the world. As the leap economic development and people's life continuously change today, people's living consumption concept and pattern has been changing. Food waste as well as food packaging waste involved in the field of social, economic, ecological and other negative effects, severely restricted the effective utilization of food resources and food packaging meeting the function of protection services. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to reduce food waste, reuse or disposal food packaging waste, further adapt to the greater requirement of environmental protection. As young and energetic university students, have you ever thought that you could solve these problems with your passion and creativity? That one of your ideas could become a solution to social problems? You can come to SDG Open Hack @Tsinghua University!

Now, here is an opportunity to contribute your passion and knowledge. During the SDG Open Hack @ Tsinghua, you will devote 24 hours of your time to change the world. Here, you can discuss sustainable development growth with like-minded friends and brainstorm for solutions. You will get to cultivate your innovative thinking to show the social mission and responsibility of the new youth!
在参加24小时马拉松之前，为了加深对SDG可持续发展价值观的认知，了解SDG相关领域的问题、社会创新理论和项目案例经验，你需要参加SDG研习月(必选)，选择一场或几场环境学院分赛场举行的相关课程或讲座。
Before participating in the 24-hour hackathon, in order to deepen your understanding of the sustainable development values of SDG, understand the problems in the related fields of SDG as well as social innovation theory and project case experience, you need to study one or several relevant courses or lectures you are interested in held in our SDG Study Month before the official challenge.
